Dutch-Speaking Customer Service for Consumer Services - Hybrid, Bulgaria

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Consumer Services Department. This hybrid role, based in Sofia, offers an excellent opportunity to engage with Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with top-tier support and assistance.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across various channels. Your fluency in Dutch and understanding of consumer service standards will be key in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries related to consumer services, including billing, account management, and product information
• Resolve complaints and troubleshoot problems efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues
• Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and patient approach
• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within consumer services
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Sofia
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
