Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Automotive Department. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to our automotive services and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Your proficiency in Dutch will be essential as you address customer questions regarding service bookings, product information, and any concerns they may have regarding their automotive needs. You'll play an important role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty through your expert knowledge and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat related to automotive services
• Assist customers with inquiries about service appointments, vehicle maintenance, and products
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to resolve customer issues promptly
• Educate clients on automotive offerings and recommend suitable options
• Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance our services
• Stay updated on automotive trends and developments to better assist customers
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in the automotive sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine passion for the automotive industry and helping customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous

Gross Salary 1300 euros
