Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality Department! In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients as they explore and engage with our cutting-edge virtual and augmented reality solutions. Your expertise and passion for technology will help ensure that clients have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our products.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on our VR and AR products. Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone
• Assist clients with inquiries regarding virtual and augmented reality products
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients to effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Keep updated on the latest trends and technologies in virtual and augmented reality
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Basic understanding of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies is preferred
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
• Passion for technology and a willingness to learn about new advancements in AR/VR
