Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a skilled Dutch Speaking Consultant to join our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. In this vital position, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to Dutch-speaking clients as they explore and utilize our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your expertise will help clients to understand the advantages and functionalities of our services, ensuring their success in utilizing cloud technologies.

As a consultant, your role will involve conducting training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. You will play a key role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction with our offerings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries regarding SaaS and cloud computing products
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and training sessions to support client onboarding
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and enhance service delivery
• Stay informed about industry trends and share relevant updates with clients

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and development
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer support or consulting is a plus but not required
