Your responsibilities will include delivering product training, troubleshooting issues, and cultivating strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online security software
• Provide product demonstrations and tailored training sessions to ensure optimal software use
• Identify and resolve technical issues while advocating for client needs
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to communicate client feedback and enhance service

Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication abilities
