Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Consultant in our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. In this important Junior position role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, providing essential support for their IT needs and helping them optimize their technology solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, delivering expert advice on IT solutions, and conducting training sessions for clients. Your communication skills and commitment to client success will play a critical role in helping clients effectively utilize our services and enhance their IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients seeking assistance with IT support and tech solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently and effectively
• Provide guidance on best practices for IT solutions and technology utilization
• Conduct training sessions to empower clients in using our tech solutions
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of technical resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and improve service delivery
• Stay updated on the latest trends in IT support and technology to provide informed recommendations

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT support principles and technology solutions is essential
• Previous experience in a technical support or consulting role is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client inquiries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with IT support tools and software
