As a virtual Client Support Specialist, you will engage with clients through various channels, resolve issues, and offer expert product guidance, all from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to clients in Dutch via phone, email, and chat from your remote location
• Resolve inquiries and assist with product-related issues promptly and professionally
• Accurately document client interactions and feedback in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client concerns
• Educate clients on the effective use of our products and services
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve our service offerings

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
