Dutch Green Energy Customer Care Sales Agent Needed - Living in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is looking for an inbound Dutch Customer Care Sales Agent to join our team and work from Greece. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growing green energy sector while utilizing your Dutch language skills in a dynamic sales and customer care role. As a Customer Care Sales Agent focusing on green energy solutions, you will play a vital role in connecting with Dutch-speaking customers to promote environmentally friendly energy products and services.

Your responsibilities will include actively engaging with clients to understand their energy needs, offering expert guidance on sustainable and renewable energy options, and providing exceptional customer support throughout their journey. Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving sales efforts to advance the adoption of eco-friendly technologies, thereby contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future for our communities and the planet as a whole.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking customers to provide information on green energy products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored sustainable energy solutions
• Drive sales by converting inquiries into successful contracts
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
• Keep up-to-date with green energy industry trends and product knowledge
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Sales experience, preferably in the energy or environmental sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sustainability and green energy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with CRM and sales software tools
• Resident of Greece with capability to work remotely
• Possession of AMKA and AFMI is mandatory
