Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor digital content and user activities to identify and address potential safety risks and policy violations
• Investigate safety reports and respond promptly to user concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine safety protocols
• Provide education and guidance to users on best practices for digital safety
• Analyze trends in safety data and prepare reports to suggest improvements

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience in digital trust and safety or cybersecurity roles.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Familiarity with digital safety tools and technology is an advantage.
