Requirements: Previous experience in a contact centre is mandatory Excellent written communication skills Comfortable handling chats and tickets Preferred experience in a service program for any advertising technology company Product support experience is advantageous Familiarity with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and understand complex customer issues
