We are looking for Dutch customer support for a Customer Support Position in Lisbon If you are looking for stability, to work in a multi-cultural environment and to grow within the company, this is your chance Our client is one of the largest multinational BPO companies in the world. Requirements: - Native or near native Dutch - A good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1) - Team player and open minded - Good knowledge of computer tools - Excellent oral and written communication and argumentation skills - Proactive, dynamic and motivated - Non-European candidates need a work permit RESPONSIBILITIES - Ensure quality service by responding to customer inquiries by phone, chat and/or e-mail - Provide active listening and empathy - Support and manage customer issues - Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to various customer requests
