About the Job

Key Responsibilities：

　　　　　1.担当顧客に対して正しい科学的知識と会社の方針を踏まえ、担当エリアでの業務を推進する

・TTL戦略を理解し、製品戦略、営業戦略に基づいたアクションプランをコプロパートナーと共に立案し、ストレッチな目標達成に向けて、上長や同僚からのサポートを受けながら実行することで、担当エリアにおいて成果を出している

・担当顧客の影響力（職位、学会での役職、地域での役割、周囲のDrとの関係性、将来像等）を把握し、顧客にどのように自社戦略を浸透させるかをプランニングし、ストレッチした目標を立案し、行動変容に向けた活動をしている

・AIの活用や会社が導入する新たなツールを積極的に活用し、顧客の状況に応じたオムニチャネルによるアプローチ、連続性ある活動を行い、価値創造や課題解決につなげている

　　　　　2.他のチームメンバーや、他部門のメンバーと協力をしながら業務を進める

・営業所内において、常に前向きな姿勢で必要と思える発言、提案をしている

・常に自分の業務と役割を考え、必要に応じて上長や同僚、コプロパートナーからのサポートを得ながら、マインドセット・活動の質と量を高め、実績面と活動面の両方から営業所に貢献している

・チームメンバーや上長と綿密にコミュニケーションを取り、積極的にアドバイスやフィードバックを求め、自らの活動に生かしている

　　　　　3.最新の社内外のルールを正しく理解して患者思考の活動を行っている

・コンプライアンス＆インテグリティ：最新の業界ルールや Sanofi Policyを常に確認・理解し、自らの行動の振り返りを行い、上長や営業所メンバーからのフィードバックを踏まえて日々の活動に生かしている

・市販後調査・副作用／クレーム対応等完遂：GVP、GPSP、安全性情報、OUG、品質管理、適正価格維持等各遵守項目を確実に モニタリングし適切に運用する

・製品を通じた社会への貢献：適切なプロモーションと疾患啓発を継続して展開し、必要としている全ての患者さんに1日も早く製品を届けることで社会に貢献する

・営業所の職場環境をよりよくするための活動を主体的に行い、皆が高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる職場づくりに貢献している

About You

Experience Requirements：

・生物学的製剤やスペシャリティケア製品での業務経験があり、担当領域（皮膚科）の知識・経験を有する

・新しい環境を楽しめる人

Essential Skills and Education/Qualifications Required：

・基本的なビジネススキル（コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉力等）

・基本的なコンピュータ関連スキル：Word、Excel、PowerPoint

・運転免許証（原則）

・MR認定証（原則）

・現時点では不問だが、英語に対する学習意欲を有し研鑽できる
