Overview of the Role
Supporting the Investment Solutions & Oversight team (ISO).
The mission of this role is to coordinate and complete due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for Information (RFIs) and other client-facing documentation and data templates that support PAMA’s distribution and client service efforts.
This role requires strong writing skills, familiarity with large data sets, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accurate and timely responses.
Key Tasks:
• Supporting the end-to-end completion of DDQs, RFIs and other due diligence documentation, ensuring high-quality, tailored responses that accurately reflect our investment capabilities
• Completion of client governance questionnaires, which provide details of our business and our products’ investment and static data
• Coordinating with Investment teams, Compliance, Risk, Operations and other internal stakeholders to source and verify information for questionnaire responses
• Supporting the ISO team in maintaining centralised content library of standard responses, ensuring accuracy and currency across all product and capability areas
• Supporting the maintenance of FSCs and other fund literature
• Tracking and managing due diligence project timelines, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve the due diligence response process, including the adoption of technology and automation tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Communications or a related discipline
• Post-graduate qualifications or progress towards CFA, CAIA or similar designation is desirable
• 3–5+ years of experience in investment management, preferably in a due diligence, RFP writing, investment operations or client service role
• Demonstrated experience completing institutional-quality DDQs and data templates.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and concisely
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines
• Good working knowledge of the investment management industry, financial markets and institutional client requirements
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel); experience with RFP management platforms (i.e Qvidian) is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
