Job Overview
We are seeking a DTP & QA Team Lead to oversee our in-house Desktop Publishing (DTP) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams (6 direct reports).
This role combines strong technical DTP expertise with leadership and process rigor. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient multilingual production workflows while strengthening documentation, accountability, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of QA and DTP specialists.
Conduct 1:1s, performance management, and structured feedback.
Set clear KPIs and productivity standards.
Quality & Production Oversight
Ensure formatting accuracy and compliance with client standards.
Oversee multilingual layouts (RTL, CJK, text expansion, etc.).
Act as escalation point for formatting and quality issues.
Process & Optimization
Build and document scalable workflows.
Improve productivity and reduce rework.
Drive operational rigor and measurable improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years in localization/multilingual production.
Strong hands-on DTP expertise (Adobe InDesign required).
Experience with complex multilingual layouts.
2+ years leading teams (performance management required).
Experience improving processes and documenting workflows.
Advanced English.
