DTC Integrated Marketing Associate (UK & EU Markets)

Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Associate to support the rollout of integrated marketing initiatives across the UK and EU. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can translate strategy into action, and ensures campaigns are delivered seamlessly across multiple markets.
You’ll act as a key bridge between global strategy and regional execution—making sure campaigns, launches, and promotions are implemented effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the execution of marketing initiatives across UK and EU markets
• Ensure US-led integrated campaigns are successfully localized and deployed across regional markets
• Lead the rollout of key marketing projects, including campaigns, product launches, promotions, and GWP (Gift With Purchase) activations
• Partner closely with Brand teams to support local initiatives and market-specific activations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of campaigns
• Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting, insights, and optimization
• Work alongside the Media & Performance Lead to translate strategic direction into actionable execution plans
Requirements:
• 3–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or project management
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, eCommerce, etc.)
• Experience working across multiple markets (UK/EU preferred)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with brand, creative, and performance teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign tracking and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
• Experience in consumer brands, eCommerce, beauty, fashion, or retail
• Familiarity with GWP or promotional campaign execution
• Experience working with global teams, especially US-based stakeholders
