Job Description

We are looking to hire experienced Direct Support Professional's to work with Individual's experiencing Intellectual Disabilities

Part-Time Case Located in Winchester VA 22601 - Schedule (Mondays & Wednesdays & Fridays) 10:00am - 3:00pm)

Job Duties:
• Assisting Individuals with daily personal tasks, including bathing and dressing (if necessary per needs)
• Completing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, washing dishes and tidying
• Helping plan individuals appointments and organize a schedule
• Organizing with transportation arrangements to appointments and community outings.
• Shopping for groceries and preparing meals that meet specific client dietary needs
• Encouraging individual engagement in social networks and communities
Helping with organization skills
• Prompting and redirecting negative behaviors
• Behavioral and Mental Support

Requirements:

CPR/First Aid

US Work Authorization

Clearance of Background check

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1 year experience in Health Care

Drivers License
