1E0045G
Location: Tualatin 97062
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays (and potentially other weekdays) from around 10-2pm
Description: Client is 28 years old. DSP can assist with money management, as she will spend all of it unless she is closely monitored. During her free time, she likes to go to the gym, go on hikes, and if it is raining outside, she likes to go indoors at a mall to get her steps in. She doesn't have any behavior concerns but does get overwhelmed easily. She is also using employment services through our company, so her new DSP could potentially be cross-trained to become a job coach for the client, as well! (If so, the DSP would need additional availability during times she works, i.e. some weekday evenings). Client prefers a DSP that is very calm and not high energy. She'd love to find someone who shares similar interests, so it's a plus if you are active and enjoy arts and crafts :)
Requirements:
Must have a reliable vehicle to transport client as needed. Auto insurance required. Mileage reimbursement available!
Must be comfortable traveling to the clients home for work. Please use zip-code 97062 for commute reference.
