Position Overview
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides direct care and habilitation services in accordance with Individual Service Plans (ISPs), Behavior Support Plans (when applicable), and Hamilton County Board of Developmental Disabilities (HCDD) service expectations.
Compensation:
$16.00 โ $18.00 per hour

Core Responsibilities
Deliver person-centered services in home and community settings
Implement ISP goals and document service delivery in compliance with DODD and county standards
Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in care plans
Facilitate community integration and meaningful skill-building activities
Follow Behavior Support Plans and safety protocols
Ensure accurate, timely documentation and communication with SSA and interdisciplinary team
Maintain professional boundaries and uphold individual rights
Compliance & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Ohio driverโs license and reliable insured vehicle
Must pass criminal background check in accordance with Ohio DODD requirements
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Ability to complete required DODD trainings
