Your Role::
• Handle company internal and external FIT/GIT travel queries (B-to-C) from order intake and 1st quotation to after sales service.
• Liaise and build a strong relationship with domestic and international vendors to negotiate best rates/conditions and ensure a seamless execution of service fulfillment at the destination.
• Liaise and build a strong relationship with the client and the internal sales department to provide timely response, best rates and quality service in order to attract repeat business.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to get timely payments to vendors executed with all internal processes involved.
• When required, travel with the group to the destination to ensure a seamless ground operation.
• Work with various online travel booking platforms.
• Once a month, weekend attendance (work from home) on a rotating basis.
• One week in a month, late night hotline attendance on a rotating basis.

Must have::
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience (Travel industry)
• Team player with an interest in sports
• Detail-oriented with a focus to deliver quality
• Basic maths and logical thinking skills
• Strong capabilities with database and information system software
• Self-motivated person who needs minimal supervision
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• A focused client-approach to establish a comfortable working relationship ensuring repeat business.
