Job Description

We’re hiring a Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial drywall and framing projects from estimating through closeout. This role combines pre-construction estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Manage commercial drywall and metal framing projects from bid award through completion
• Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for drywall scopes
• Coordinate field supervisors, subcontractors, and material procurement
• Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
• Communicate with general contractors and internal teams to manage scope and timelines

Requirements:
• Experience in commercial drywall and/or metal framing construction
• Strong estimating, cost control, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Solid understanding of commercial construction workflows and schedules
• Professional, client-facing communication skills
