Drywall Project Manager / Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to manage commercial drywall and metal framing projects from preconstruction through completion in Brookfield, WI. This full-time position combines estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, experienced in commercial construction, and capable of leading multiple projects across the Brookfield area.

As a Drywall Project Manager, you will prepare accurate estimates, coordinate field supervisors and subcontractors, and maintain consistent communication with general contractors and internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of Brookfield projects while improving workflows and maintaining high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial drywall and metal framing projects from bid award to completion in Brookfield, WI
• Develop detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for drywall and metal framing scopes
• Coordinate field supervisors, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure efficient project execution
• Track budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation for Brookfield projects
• Communicate with general contractors, clients, and internal teams to manage project scope and timelines
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures
• Identify and implement improvements to project workflows and operational efficiency

Requirements:
