Join Our Team as a Drywall Boardman!

Maxan delivers high quality interior solutions with superior craftsmanship including wall, ceiling, and acoustic systems, to the industrial, commercial, and institutional sector. Our company is focused on growth and investing in individuals who are detail-oriented and results driven. Maxan is currently seeking experienced Drywall Boardman to join our team in the London area. This is a full-time position within a fast-paced construction environment, supporting commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

What You’ll Do:

Install drywall board efficiently and accurately on walls and ceilings

Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels according to project specifications

Read and interpret drawings, plans and blueprints

Work safely at heights using lifts, scaffolding, and ladders

Maintain Maxan quality standards throughout all phases of installation

Ensure personal and site safety is maintained

Keep work area clean and organized

Communicate effectively with General Superintendents, Foreman, and crew members

Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Drywall Boardman in ICI construction

Strong knowledge of drywall installation procedures and best practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints

Valid Working at Heights certification

Valid Elevated Work Platform training certificate

Valid Powder Actuated Tools training certificate

WHMIS and Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps

Reliable transportation to various job sites in the London area
