• 5 years of relevant experience in delivering line of business applications.

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical and aggressive project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Possess the maturity to assess the urgency of an issue and understand when to escalate a problem.

• Individual should be verbally articulate and creative.

• Demonstrated excellent written communication skill.

• Individual should have development life cycle experience.

• Experience with scrum/agile a huge plus.

• A proven delivery track record that is on time and within budget.

• Must be an active member in tech communities and demonstrate contributions.
