Need Drools Developer in Saint Paul, MN for 1 year contract

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Business Rules Development with Drools
• Analysis and Object Oriented Design
• Java
• IBM Application Server
• Oracle
• ESB/Web Services
• Demonstrated experience in Medicaid/Medicare Provider Enrolment provisions
• Direct experience working with State Program Administrators dealing with Medicaid/Medicare Provider Enrolment and eligibility determination processes

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience with JIRA
• Demonstrable experience/knowledge creating Business Object Models for Rules.
• Demonstrable experience/knowledge using/leveraging, RETE algorithms, creating Business Object Models for Rules
• Demonstrable experience/knowledge in JAVA language and tools
