Requirement:​

​Need ​someone​ with Techno-Functional experience – preferred BE (with technical experience in open source technology stack) + MBA in any stream​ analytical skills on Drools and J2ee​.​​

​Good technical and analytical skills on BA​

Good experience in data analysis/ analytical/ solutioning experience.

Should have experience in customer management,

Should be able to translate and switch context between Business and Technical users,

Good brainstorming, presentation and documentation skills,

Excellent communication, presentation and articulation​.​

Individual with excellent communication, presentation skills and articulation,

Good soft skills and customer management is key,

Should have experience in modernization/ transformation projects in technical design/ functional capacity,

Very good hands on experience of analytical skills, data analysis, requirement mining, business process definition, brainstorming and white boarding, and scenario modeling is must​.

​Experience in Drools and rule design is a must.
