Responsibilities:
Design, deliver, and oversee advanced UxV training programs that bridge cutting-edge technology and operational realities. Lead red teaming activities with military end users, maintain instructional excellence, and ensure training reflects evolving TTPs, Nexus updates, and safety/compliance requirements. Operate as a key link between product teams, end users, and forward operations, enabling operators—military and commercial— to perform effectively in live and simulated mission environments worldwide.
1. Training Design & Delivery Develop, execute, and continuously improve training programs for internal staff, B2G military users, and B2B partners, covering multiple UxV platforms with Nexus. ◦ Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, simulations, live/virtual exercises, and “train-the-trainer” programs.
2. Red Teaming & Threat Simulation Plan and lead adversarial exercises to replicate evolving enemy TTPs, increasing stakeholder awareness and system resilience. ◦ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contemporary strategies and tactics related to drone warfare across all relevant conflicts (focusing on Ukraine). ◦ Translate battlefield insights into actionable training scenarios.
3. Instructional Leadership Conduct on-site and remote certification of instructors/operators. ◦ Mentor, certify, and quality-control medior and junior trainers, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards.
4. Operational Integration Collaborate closely within Operations with Validation, Forward Operations, Customer Success and the Ukrainian Operations team. Align and coordinate directly with other departments such as Product and Engineering to ensure training incorporates new features, mission modes, and compliance requirements. ◦ Integrate field performance and user feedback into training updates.
5. Deployment & Compliance Deliver training in diverse international environments, including high-risk or operational theaters. ◦ Ensure all programs comply with operational safety protocols, regulations, and client-specific requirements.
