Driver/Valeter - Manchester

We currently have a great new opportunity for a customer focused Valeter/Driver to join our friendly but driven team at our depot based in Eccles, Manchester. The Vehicle Hire Division hires a range of light commercial vehicles to companies ranging from blue chip corporations and public sector organisations to medium sized enterprises.

As a Driver/Valeter at SIXT Van & Truck, you are the face of our brand, ensuring vehicles are delivered in pristine condition and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for the preparation, cleanliness, and safe transport of our van and truck fleet, supporting our goal of delivering a premium customer experience. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Vehicle Presentation & Quality

You’ll prepare, clean, and valet all vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every car is presented in immaculate condition.

Customer Interaction

You’ll handle smooth vehicle handovers and returns, completing all necessary paperwork while communicating clearly and professionally with customers.

Fleet Operations

You’ll manage vehicle deliveries and collections between depots, ensuring timely service and supporting efficient depot operations, including refueling vehicles.

Damage Reporting & Documentation

You’ll inspect vehicles for any damage during collection and return, accurately complete documentation, and promptly report findings to the depot manager.

Brand Representation

You’ll deliver outstanding customer service at all times, representing the SIXT brand with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.

• Attention to Detail You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
• Communication You have strong communication skills, enabling clear and friendly interactions with customers, even in busy settings
• Flexibility You are open to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours, ensuring continuous service
• Driving License You hold a valid driving license and bring a minimum of 12 months driving experience
