As our Driver Porter, you'll be a critical part of making those dreams a reality. You'll be the boots on the ground (and hands on the wheel) keeping our two incredible Colorado locations — Montrose and Grand Junction — running smoothly, safely, and looking absolutely top-notch.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
🛻 Transport RVs Between Locations — Safely drive and haul 5th wheel trailers and motorhomes between our Montrose and Grand Junction stores. You'll know these roads like the back of your hand!

🏡 Deliver RVs to Happy Customers — Be the face of Humphrey RV when delivering units directly to customers at their homes or chosen locations. You're not just dropping off an RV — you're delivering someone's next great adventure!

🅿️ Move & Stage Units on the Lot — Safely maneuver and position RVs on the dealership lot with precision and care, making sure every unit is perfectly placed and ready to impress.

✨ Maintain a Beautiful, Organized Lot — Keep our lots clean, organized, and looking sharp. A great-looking lot means a great first impression — and that matters!

🔧 Support Our Service Department — Run errands for our service technicians to help keep the service department firing on all cylinders. You're the MVP behind the scenes!

🎯 What We're Looking For
You don't need to be a seasoned RV pro (we'll help you get there!), but here's what will set you up for success:

✅ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — safety is our #1 priority
✅ Experience towing or driving large vehicles is a big plus (pun intended)
✅ Comfortable maneuvering large vehicles in tight spaces — no white knuckles here!
✅ A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude — no task is too big or too small
✅ Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job right
✅ A team player who communicates well and thrives in a fast-paced environment
✅ Passion for RVs, the outdoors, and Colorado living is a serious bonus 🏕️
✅ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions — Colorado keeps it interesting!
