Additional Compensation Details:

• Salary Information Dependent on Location of Role

The Role

 We are looking to hire a highly efficient driver helper to assist company drivers with all deliveries.

 

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To

• Shred cardboard materials for use as packaging
• Stacking and storing pallets
• Lifting repetitively up to 50lbs
• Keeps company grounds free of litter and debris
• Sweep and maintain warehouse clutter free
• Accompanies drivers to help unload freight at customer locations
• Open to learning new things
• Complies with Company safety procedures in the workplace
• other duties as assigned

 

 

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs frequently
• Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to work as a team member-works as a co-worker
• Communicator- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
• Ability to solve routine problems and solve basic math
• Ability to understand and follow all safety rules, procedure manuals, and diagrams
• Warehouse experience helpful but not necessary
• Riding pallet Jack experience preferred, not required
