About the role

We’re looking for a safety-focused Driver (Class 4/5) to join WM New Zealand. You’ll operate company vehicles and equipment to deliver waste management services safely, efficiently, and sustainably, while keeping customers happy.

About you

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated driver who takes pride in safe, high-quality work. You’ll have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and a commitment to customer service and sustainability.

You’ll bring:

• A valid Class 4/5 NZ Driver’s Licence
• Proven heavy vehicle driving experience
• A solid understanding of vehicle safety, maintenance, and fatigue management
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to carry out daily checks and maintenance
• Waste industry or Hook/skip/side load vehicle experience would be an advantage
