Driver and Reception Support

We’re looking for a reliable and personable Driver & Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming first impression. This dual role combines driving responsibilities with front-of-house reception support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, meeting people, and keeping things running smoothly.

The Wow

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and the go-to person for transport and office support. You’ll help ensure staff and visitors arrive safely and comfortably while supporting the smooth running of day-to-day Reception operations. This role suits someone who takes pride in providing outstanding service, works proactively, and enjoys keeping things running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely transport staff and visitors to and from various locations, including airports, meetings, and events, primarily between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Provide flexible transport support for evening, weekend and holiday as required.

• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or goods as needed.

• Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.

• Welcome and assist visitors with a professional, friendly approach.

• Perform essential administrative duties such as sorting mail, managing courier deliveries, and booking meeting rooms.

• Support meeting setups, catering, and refreshments to create a professional and welcoming environment.

• Collaborate with HR and internal teams to support company events and special projects.

• Anticipate and proactively address requests to ensure staff and visitors receive prompt and attentive support.

What we are looking for:

•
Previous experience as a chauffeur or driver for high-profile clients preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
