Description du poste :
Le Driver Acquisition Agent sera responsable de l’acquisition et de l’intégration de nouveaux conducteurs dans la plateforme. Il/elle jouera un rôle clé dans l’expansion du réseau de mobilité et contribuera à assurer un nombre suffisant de conducteurs pour répondre à la demande.

Responsabilités principales:
• Identifier et recruter de nouveaux conducteurs via différents canaux (campagnes, événements, terrain, digital).
• Présenter les avantages et conditions de collaboration avec la plateforme.
• Accompagner les conducteurs dans le processus d’inscription et de validation de leurs documents.
• Assurer l’onboarding et la formation initiale des nouveaux conducteurs.
• Suivre les performances des conducteurs nouvellement intégrés et proposer des actions d’amélioration.
• Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles et marketing pour atteindre les objectifs d’acquisition.

Qualifications :
• Première expérience en recrutement, ventes ou terrain souhaitée.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
• Orientation résultats et capacité à atteindre des objectifs chiffrés.
• Connaissance du secteur de la mobilité ou logistique est un atout.
• Maîtrise du français ; anglais et/ou arabe fortement appréciés.
• Dynamisme, proactivité et goût du terrain.
