Drilling Supervisor (WO) - Project Base

Job Description :

1. Responsible for the implementation of the Company HSSE program or procedures on rig site and Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

2. Responsible for the implementation of the approved Completion or workover program(s) at the rig site.

3. Rig-site supervision of personnel engaged in the company's Completion or workover programs (service companies).

4. Issue written work instructions to key contractors.

5. Prepare daily operation and cost reports for all operations to be sent to office and partners.

6. Arrange in-time transportation of the company's equipment, manage stock, and request supplies and services when needed. 7. Hold pre-job safety meetings and JSA with concerned contractor/service company personnel to highlight potential hazards and advise on preventive measures.

8. Implement COMPANY's well site HSSE procedures and ensure proper application of such procedures.

9. Responsible for safe and efficient operations (together with the rig contractor's representative).

10. Assist the rig contractor's representative with safety and other training.

11. In case of kick situations, follow COMPANY's shut-in procedure in cooperation with the rig contractor's representative and calculate the required kill mud weight.

12. Report accidents, incidents, and environmental issues according to COMPANY's procedures.

13. Follow and implement COMPANY's Environmental Management Plan for each workover site.

14. Supervise junior/senior/contractor personnel and companies' rig personnel and the COMPANY workover team onsite (Laber, ESP Tech., etc.).

15. Maintain records of all local regulations concerning operations, safety, and environment. Ensure these are applied to existing procedures.

16. Liaise with the operations department and engineer(s) to ensure completion and testing requirements are met.

Requirements:
Position Capabilities and Requirements (General)

1. Minimum Education Qualifications : Related engineering bachelor's degree

2. Work Experience : 10+ years working experience in completion or work over operation

3. Language Skills : Mastering English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability

4. Certificates : IADC or IWCF

5. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a drill team, delegate tasks and motivate team members to achieve set goals

6. Preferred with H2S experience
