Drilling Supervisor (Drilling)

Job Description:

1. Supervision of drilling operations: responsible for supervising all drilling activities on site, checking and verify drilling procedures and drilling program. Performing rig acceptance test. Checking and verify the TPI certification.

2. Drilling crew management: leads the drilling crews in the field, ensuring that each crew member understands their duties and responsibilities. He coordinates the activities of the team to ensure efficient and consistent execution of drilling operations.

3. Application of safety procedures: Safety is a top priority in drilling operations. The drilling supervisor ensures that proper safety procedures are followed at all times. Identifies potential risks, implements preventive measures and trains the team to adopt safe work practices.

4. Managing problems and contingencies: responsible for resolving unforeseen technical or operational problems issues quickly and efficiently, making appropriate decisions in the field and coordinating the actions necessary to minimize disruptions.

5. Performance and quality monitoring: monitors drilling performance in terms of speed, efficiency and quality. Evaluates drilling data, recordings and key performance indicators to ensure that objectives are met and quality standards are met.

6. Communication and collaboration: ensures smooth and effective communication with the drilling teams, other members of the management team and external stakeholders. Works closely with other professionals such as drilling engineers, reservoir engineers and production engineers to ensure smooth coordination of operations.

7. Reports and documentation: prepares detailed operation reports on drilling activities, performance, incidents, problems encountered and actions taken. It ensures accurate and complete documentation for tracking, regulatory compliance and future reference needs. Also cost related report.

8. Planning and looking forward : according to drilling operation schedule make the looking ahead and planning for call out of drilling material and personals.

Requirements:
Position Capabilities and Requirements (General) :

1. Minimum Education Qualifications : Related engineering bachelor's degree

2. Work Experience : 10+ years working experience in drilling operation

3. Language Skills : Mastering English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability

4. Certificates : IADC or IWCF

5. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a drill team, delegate tasks and motivate team members to achieve set goals

6. Preferred with HTHP and H2S experience Specific Requirements

1. To be healthy both physically and mentally.

2. Work in field frequently.
