Your responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings, plans and schematics for Doka formwork projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Produce assembly and fabrication drawings of formwork elements to support execution and on-site installation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality drawings within agreed deadlines.
• Prepare material lists in coordination with the engineering team to support procurement and project planning.
• Maintain proper documentation and submittals for clients and job sites.
• Assist the engineering team with general design and site-related tasks as needed.
• Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of drawing templates and standards aligned with Doka’s guidelines.
• Finalize working drawings ensuring safe, economical, and efficient formwork designs.

• ITI Draftsman Course or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and other CAD/BIM software is a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in drafting, preferably with formwork or construction systems.
• Proficient in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to manage multiple drafting tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and standards.
• Willingness to learn about Indian construction industry and formwork drawing standards is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Location: This position will be based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
