Design, draft, and review detailed drawings  and documentation for Asset Condition Survey and O&M Period. Verify spatial coordination, compliance with codes, and accuracy of Road layout, Road Safety equipment, Marking, signages. Create 3D models for clash detection and system validation.

 

• Prepare, revise, and maintain accurate drawings and layouts for roads, utilities, and maintenance activities in compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, including road layouts, signage plans, as-built drawings, and utility maps.
• Update and revise existing drawings as per site modifications or engineers’ instructions.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Surveyors, and Site Supervisors to ensure accuracy and clarity of drawings.
• Maintain a proper drawing register and ensure version control for all issued drawings.
• Support maintenance teams with updated maps and drawings for planned and reactive works.
• Work closely with MEP engineers, architects, and structural teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Assist Project Managers in cost estimation, material take-offs, and resource planning for MEP systems.
• Assist in preparing design submissions, reports, and drawing documentation for client approval.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
• Minimum 05 years of experience as a Draughtsman in Roads / Infrastructure / Maintenance projects in Qatar or GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting tools.
• Familiar with Ashghal CAD standards and QCS 2014.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
