IMO Health is expanding its Data Quality & Insights (DQI) function and hiring DQI Analysts to support our growing Sales and Customer Success organizations, while strengthening the connection between our customers’ real-world data needs and our product and analytics teams.
This role is ideal for analytically minded professionals who enjoy translating complex data into clear, client-ready insights and are excited to help scale reporting, analytics, and emerging agentic capabilities across the organization.
As a DQI Analyst, you will serve as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and internal product stakeholders, directly enabling revenue growth, customer adoption, and the faster delivery of high-quality analytics.
HOW YOU'LL WORK::
•
This role reports into IMO Health’s analytics leadership and works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams.
•
You’ll help shape a net-new analytics support function, contributing not only through execution but also through process design and continuous improvement.
•
As the team grows, your scope and impact will expand across additional products and customer segments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO::
Sales & Data Quality Analytics Support
•
Respond to repeatable data and analytics requests across IMO Health products using standardized, scalable processes.
•
Partner with Sales leaders and Customer Engineers to deliver client- and prospect-ready analytics, dashboards, and presentation materials.
•
Translate field-facing analytics needs into clear feedback and build requests for Product and Analytics teams.
Customer Success Reporting & Enablement
•
Deliver standardized adoption, usage, and ROI reporting for Customer Success teams, reducing reliance on ad hoc or highly technical workflows.
•
Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards that support customer insights and success metrics.
•
Help reduce bottlenecks by taking on dashboard updates and reporting work that would otherwise require advanced engineering or analytics resources.
•
Contribute to training materials and documentation to enable self-service analytics for CSMs and Sales partners.
Analytics Automation & Agent Support
•
Explore and support the use of agentic and automation tools to accelerate analytics delivery and presentation readiness.
•
Partner with analytics leadership to identify opportunities where validated data outputs can be transformed into polished, branded client deliverables.
•
Document opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency as the function scales.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED::
•
2–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data roles, preferably in healthcare or healthcare technology.
•
Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.
•
Strong ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
•
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, or Analytics teams.
•
Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
•
Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), including tools such as Claude, to interpret, summarize, or translate analytical outputs into clear narratives.
•
Experience designing or supporting agentic or semi-automated analytics workflows (e.g., prompt-based analysis, report generation, insight packaging, or presentation automation).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS::
•
Experience supporting sales enablement, customer reporting, or ROI/adoption analytics.
•
Familiarity with healthcare data, clinical terminology, or healthcare reporting workflows.
•
Exposure to automation, agentic tools, or analytics enablement workflows.
•
Experience improving or operating within intake and request management processes (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems).
•
Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), including tools such as Claude, to interpret, summarize, or translate analytical outputs into clear narratives.
•
Experience designing or supporting agentic or semi-automated analytics workflows (e.g., prompt-based analysis, report generation, insight packaging, or presentation automation).
•
Clinical background or experience working closely with clinical stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, clinical informaticists, healthcare operations teams), with the ability to translate analytical findings into clinically meaningful insights.
•
Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis, validation, or exploratory analytics.
•
Domain experience supporting health system reporting, including areas such as revenue cycle operations, claims and denials analysis, clinical coding workflows, or medical necessity review.
•
Bonus: direct experience working with Epic health system data, including Clarity and/or Caboodle databases.
