Customer Success Reporting & Enablement

Deliver standardized adoption, usage, and ROI reporting for Customer Success teams, reducing reliance on ad hoc or highly technical workflows.

Build, maintain, and update Power BI dashboards that support customer insights and success metrics.

Help reduce bottlenecks by taking on dashboard updates and reporting work that would otherwise require advanced engineering or analytics resources.

Contribute to training materials and documentation to enable self-service analytics for CSMs and Sales partners.

Analytics Automation & Agent Support

Explore and support the use of agentic and automation tools to accelerate analytics delivery and presentation readiness.

Partner with analytics leadership to identify opportunities where validated data outputs can be transformed into polished, branded client deliverables.

Document opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency as the function scales.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED::

2–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data roles, preferably in healthcare or healthcare technology.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI.

Strong ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.

Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, or Analytics teams.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation.

Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), including tools such as Claude, to interpret, summarize, or translate analytical outputs into clear narratives.

Experience designing or supporting agentic or semi-automated analytics workflows (e.g., prompt-based analysis, report generation, insight packaging, or presentation automation).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS::

Experience supporting sales enablement, customer reporting, or ROI/adoption analytics.

Familiarity with healthcare data, clinical terminology, or healthcare reporting workflows.

Exposure to automation, agentic tools, or analytics enablement workflows.

Experience improving or operating within intake and request management processes (e.g., Salesforce or similar systems).

Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis, validation, or exploratory analytics.
