The DPV primary function is to maximize sales of Cordialsa USA products at various customer sites and provide excellent customer service through safe and effective merchandising, stocking, planning, selling, ordering, and in store servicing.
The DPV identifies and acts on exhibition opportunities, makes secondary placements, gains extra displays, uses Point of Sale (POS), and makes effective In Store Plan-o-gram implementations through use of company guidelines.
Key Position Responsibilities
Collaborate and participate in Cordialsa USA plans to Grow sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service in all assigned accounts
Responsible for optimizing adequate in-store conditions (out of stock, voids, etc.)
Follow RESPLY guidelines: Taking pictures of displays and shelfs, accurately record assigned and completed activities within each store call; review and publish Store Fliers and Magazines when needed, report out of stocks to Sales Representative, and Report back of stock quantities
Ensure product is rotated and is in good selling condition as directed
Pack-out primary location and display as directed
Merchandise Cordialsa USA products as directed to drive key performance metrics
Follow standard operating procedures that outline route schedules, merchandising standards, pack-out shelves with product, rotating product regularly and front facing product or as directed
Ensure shelves are set SKU to tag, promotional displays are properly executed and back stock is maintained and organized for Cordialsa USA products
Validate placement according to planograms as directed for headquarter controlled stores
Ensure price tags are up and, when directed, ensure promoted price is executed
Communicate pricing issues in a timely manner (both on and off shelf) to Sales Representative and Team Leader
Validate compliance and/or secure placement of secondary locations and display as directed
Place POP Material as directed
Follow Merchandising Standards when executing activities within the daily strategy
Understand value of in store activities to maximize value of time in store
Cover assigned territory to meet frequency and time in store guidelines
Execute tactical activities with guidance from assigned Sales Representative
Maintain company-owned equipment and properly handle paperwork
Provide timely communication to assigned Sale Representative and Leader regarding any business challenges
Share proactive best practices, solutions, and insights across the team
Communicate competitive and market activity and insights to Team Leader
Set and review performance against objectives with assigned Sale Representative on a monthly basis
Communicate directly with co-workers on issues, openly share ideas with others, encourage performance in others, give feedback when needed, and train new employees when applicable
Identify and communicate all selling opportunities and potential issues to Sales Representative, respond to co-worker communications, inform co-workers of all relevant activities at accounts, communicate completion of assigned daily tasks
Develop proper relations with store key decision makers within territory to maximize merchandising results
Conduct activities in a safe manner, follow corporate safety guidelines.
Identifies incremental sales opportunities

Education
High School Diploma or GED required; College degree highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 1 years of sales & customer management; experience with a consumer packaged goods organization preferred
Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment preferable.
Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience a plus.
Other Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Bilingual Spanish / English (50% or more )
Must have car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Must live within 50 miles or 60 minutes of primary work location
A flexible work schedule is required.
