Designation : .Net Developer

Experience : 3-7 years

Location : Thane- Mumbai

Need to work in Shift 

Shift timings: 12pm to 9pm, 3pm to 12am & 6pm to 3am

Pick and drop facility: A drop facility will be provided to all the shifts ending at 9pm, 12am and 3am for those staying within the boundary limits. Pick facility will be provided only for the 6pm shift for resources staying within the boundary limits

 Boundary Limits: 

Western Line - Thane to Borivali (East) via Ghodbuder road

Central Line - Thane to Kurla and Thane to Badlapur

Please note, a shift allowance will be provided for resources working in 3pm to 12am and 6pm to 3am shift. Shift allowance: Rs 300/- per day for 3pm to 12am shift

                 Rs 500/- per day for 6pm to 3am shift

The shift allowance will be provided to candidates over and above on what they are offered 

Job Duties/ Responsibilities 

*Expertise in all aspects of large/medium scale .Net application development (coding, testing, deployment & maintenance).

*Ensuring deliveries meet & exceed expectations in terms of quality, scope of work & schedule

*Contributing in Technical Design/Architecture decisions

*High sense of ownership, commitment, responsibility, accountability

*Adherence to the process and supporting generation of metrics

*Demonstrate consistent increase in predictability, efficiency and productivity

*Ability to work across various functional groups within an organization and delivering complex projects on time

*Experience working with Development methodologies like Agile & Scrum

*Flexible and open to work in rotational shifts

Skills/ Knowledge

4+ years hands-on experience in programming Microsoft C# and/or Visual Basic.NET (preferred), ADO.Net, and ASP.Net 2.0, .Net 2.0 &3.5 framework.

Good Exp in MVC.

3+ years hands-on experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server

Expertise in web services, windows services, multi threading ,Understanding of SOA principals

Experience in Windows Workflow Foundations, Windows Communication Foundations , SQL Service Broker and LDAP

ASP.NET AJAX (or experience working with at least one other AJAX framework for .NET) 

Prior years experience with Visual Studio 6 preferred

Experience developing packaged software is preferred

Understanding of UML and other technical documentation standards. 

Experience with Crystal Reports Preferred

Extensive knowledge of OOADP (Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Programming). Experience in Design Patterns and Application layering

Must be willing to learn new technologies, keep on top of emerging trends in Microsoft-based web application development.

ASP.NET AJAX (or experience working with at least one other AJAX framework for .NET) 

Prior years experience with Visual Studio 6 preferred
