1. Good Hands On Experience in ASP.Net and MVC

2. Good Hands On Experience in Oracle PL/SQL. SQL Stored procedures, dynamic queries, performance tuning.

3. Proficient in C#3.5 and above

4. Experience on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery.

5. Experience on WCF and Web API REST Based services.

6. Sharp on troubleshooting Production Issues and Incidents.

7. Hands-on with design patterns.

8. Exposure to Agile methodology and framework

9. Good To Have Knowledge on ELK, Profiling and load run generation tools familiarity (JRUNNER) Splunk, db tools, network sniffers, performance engineering.
