Graceland Psychiatry & TMS Center is seeking a motivated, outgoing Door-to-Door Marketer to promote our services through direct community engagement. This role involves visiting neighborhoods, local businesses, community centers, and medical offices to increase brand awareness, provide educational materials, and generate new patient leads.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach to residents, small businesses, and community partners within assigned territories.
Educate the public on available services, including psychiatric care, medication management, therapy options, and TMS treatment for depression.
Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Capture and submit lead information, inquiries, and follow-up requests.
Represent the practice with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.
Attend community events, health fairs, and outreach opportunities as needed.
Provide feedback on outreach effectiveness and community sentiment.
Maintain daily activity logs and weekly performance reports.
Collaborate with the internal marketing and administrative teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers and presenting information clearly.
Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned zones.
Must be able to walk for extended periods and work both indoors and outdoors.
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
Prior experience in marketing, canvassing, customer service, or sales preferred but not required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience coordinating video or media content preferred but not required.
Operational Milestones (First 3 - 6 Months)
Establish collaborative relationships with a minimum of 20 high yield local organizations - psychiatric hospitals, therapists, general practitioners, treatment facilities to support mental health education and awareness initiatives.
Achieve a 25% increase in community awareness of Graceland Psychiatry’s services, as measured by approved engagement and visibility metrics.
Plan and deliver at least five (5) educational workshops, presentations, or community events focused on mental health education and access to care.
Plan and execute structured monthly outreach lunch-and-learn sessions between local organizations and the CEO.
Growth & Impact Milestones (6 months to 3 Years)
Establish Graceland Psychiatry as a trusted and recognized leader in community mental health education and outreach.
Strengthen community partnerships that support appropriate access to care and continuity of mental health services.
Expand outreach efforts to underserved and high-need populations through culturally responsive and community-based initiatives.
Demonstrate measurable improvements in community mental health literacy, using educational participation, engagement indicators, and feedback metrics.
You do not need a clinical background but you need strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for helping others find mental health support.
