We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Intern Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team in Medellín, Colombia. In this role, you will support our recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and company career pages
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates using established criteria
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews with candidates and document findings
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support the coordination of interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare candidate materials and onboarding documentation for new hires
• Research potential candidates on professional networks and social media platforms
• Assist with data entry and maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics
• Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition principles
• Preferred experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software
• Preferred experience with social media platforms for candidate sourcing
• Preferred customer service or candidate-facing experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong listening skills and empathetic approach to candidate interactions
