Organizational Status:
We are currently looking forward to welcoming a Domestic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with Canadian clients and help them access government-funded training programs, employer-sponsored grants, and student financing options. You’ll be part of a team of experienced and passionate students who thrive in Canada. We are looking for an ambitious, ethical, and result-oriented professional with proven sales performance to join our team and support our enrollment growth initiatives in Student Advising and Recruitment. The Student Advisor & Recruiter will be responsible for meeting specific KPIs to exceed the school's monthly enrollment targets. Your primary responsibilities include prospect engagement and partnership recruitment.
You will contribute directly to the college's revenue growth by selling diverse educational program offerings to prospective students. The position works closely with campus financial staff.
Job responsibilities:
Engage with inbound and outbound leads across Canada
Educate clients on government grants and funding options available in BC and nationwide
Present training or education programs aligned with client goals
Assist clients in understanding student loans and financing options
Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets
Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
Fluent in English and French plus
Good skills in digital marketing and social media
Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career pathways.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract a diverse student population.
Represent the college at Career events, college fairs, Job fairs and high school visits to promote programs and engage with prospective students.
Coordinate with admissions staff to ensure timely processing of applications and accurate record-keeping.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in student advising, and changes in admission requirements.
Participate in Orientation Days for all new incoming full-time students.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable discussing financial options (loans, grants, payment plans)
Goal-oriented with ability to meet quotas
Experience in education, training, or financial services is an asset
Excellent networking and connections with business partner
Ability to work under pressure.
Multilingual and able to communicate with ease
Comfortable working with other members of the sales team to support their process and goals.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, meet deadlines, be dependable, and stay flexible.
