About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will bridge data and business — translating insights into a common language, defining KPIs, and building dashboards that help teams make smarter decisions. By turning complex analysis into clear actions, you will drive growth and enable continuous improvement across the company.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analytics Translator - Translate data and share insights: ensure all parties can use the insights to further improve.

• Comprehend the bigger picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, create approaches to track the data, quantify and evaluate the data, then develop a common language for all colleagues to understand these KPIs.

• Provide the cross-functional teams with ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, so that everyone gets a good sense of the state of the business

• Develop in-depth analytical (user) understanding for what drives growth for the product and how it can be improved

• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a simplified and actionable format

• Contribute the development of AI agents to empower business units with automated, real-time insights for business queries

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• University degree preferably in Engineering, MIS, Management, Statistics

• Minimum 1 years experience in a data analytics, business intelligence or similar role

• Fluent in data analysis, including defining KPI strategy and growth opportunities, time series analysis, data visualization

• Strong communication skills and an ability to break down complex information into relevant and digestible points

• Excited to work with different functions within the company, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity

• Strong knowledge of SQL or other query language experience combined to good mathematical and statistics foundations. Python is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce is a plus
