Document Validation Representative - Maternity Cover

You'll join the critical Document Validation squad, fueling our rapid growth across Freenow by Lyft's European markets.

As a Document Validation Representative, you're the backbone of our operation, your mission is simple: keep our partner drivers rolling, not waiting. You'll be the expert gatekeeper, masterfully handling the vital daily flow of new Company, Driver, and Vehicle Registrations, and ensuring every single document update is spot-on.

This demands a sharp balance—razor-sharp accuracy meeting lightning efficiency to keep our drivers active and cruising while nailing every critical regulatory requirement.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Day to day processing of new profile registrations and validation of documents

• Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge on document requirements and processes

• Support Product roll-outs of new internal features through testing

• Taking ownership for your own performance and engaging proactively with training and coaching

• Through your day to day work, identifying opportunities for us to work smarter and more efficiently, whether it be through process improvements or product updates

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Experience: +2 years of proven experience in a high-volume, back-office, administrative, or operational support role, where accuracy and speed were essential.

• Customer-Centric Focus: Previous experience in Customer Care or a similar fast-paced environment, demonstrating an understanding of how efficient processing directly impacts the partner experience. You won’t face customers as everything is via systems but it’s essential to have customer centric focus.

• Efficiency Driver: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume daily workflows and meet critical operational deadlines without sacrificing quality.

• Digital Fluency: Comfortable navigating and testing multiple internal systems, with proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace/MS Office)

• Language: Fluent in English + another european language is desired
