About the Job
Document Generation Associate
MinuteBox is a cloud-based platform used by law firms, large companies, and accounting firms for entity management, corporate governance, minute book storage and workflow automation. Its innovative suite of products are used by some of Canada’s largest legal departments and global professional services organizations.The team has created the most powerful, accessible and secure legal technology available and the company is growing quickly as they continue to expand their footprint across North America.
You will play a key role in the customer journey as a Document Generation Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coding out legal precedents, focusing on Annual Resolutions and Organizational Documents. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in meeting daily coding tasks.
Reporting to our Manager, Professional Services you will work alongside the Customer Success Team, helping to build out precedents for our customers and internally.Â
PREREQUISITES
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently.
Basic understanding of legal terminology and document structures is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and coding practices.
Ability to collaborate with others and work as a team to deliver meaningful results, and prioritizing group needs over individual needs
High attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload, in an evolving environment. Organizational skills are an asset.Â
Excellent Time management and prioritization skills with the ability to juggle demands and meet deadlines
Proficient in MS office & Excel, Google Suites
Highly self motivated and comfortable operating in a fast-growing, rapidly changing and dynamic organization with a self-governing, roll-up-your-sleeves culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Code legal precedents, with a primary focus on Annual Resolutions and Organizational Documents, to enhance our platform's functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with our Customer Success Team to ensure accurate implementation of coded precedents.
Participate in training sessions to enhance coding skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
Contribute to the improvement of coding processes and the overall efficiency of the legal document management system.
Receive daily/weekly coding assignments and execute tasks within specified timelines.
Exhibit a keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage a varied workload, handling multiple projects while adhering to established procedures.
Utilize Project Management tools proficiently, analyze data, and generate reports to align with project deadlines and metrics both internally and externally.
Ensure documents are encoded securely pursuant to Company compliance policies.
Provide weekly reports of progress to our Manager, Professional Services and Customer Success Team
