As a Document Control Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to organize and manage project documentation, maintain version control and distribution systems, and ensure all project records are accurate, compliant, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders.

What it takes?
• 2+ years of experience in document control, records management, or construction administration support, preferably within the heavy civil industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field
• Training or familiarity with document control systems and project management platforms
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control and compliance
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Expected Salary Range
$23—$28.50 USD
