Document Controller – Fixed Term Contract (until January 2028)

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a Document Controller to support the project team at the Thameside Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) in Tilbury, Essex.

This is an on-site role with an ASAP start through to 31 January 2028.

Key Responsibilities

• Control the numbering, filing, storage, and retrieval of electronic and hard-copy project documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

• Manage and maintain the project document numbering system, ensuring all records are correctly filed and easily retrievable.

• Respond promptly to document requests, information searches, and general project support queries.

• Administer and maintain the PIRS document management system.

• Develop, implement, and maintain effective document control procedures, systems, and manuals.

We’re Looking For

• Experience in document control within a construction, engineering, or project-based environment.

• Strong capability with EDMS platforms (e.g. 4Projects) and SharePoint.

• Valid CSCS, CCNSG, or SCC certification (desirable).

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a site-based environment.

• Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
