Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller to support our quality control processes by managing, tracking, and maintaining critical project documentation. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient document flow across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the intake, scanning, verification, and storage of documents
Maintain organized filing and archiving systems (digital and physical)
Control and monitor document flow in and out of the department
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Retrieve and distribute documents as required by internal teams
Maintain and update document management systems
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
Support staff in accessing and using document systems
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Project Administration or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in document control, records, or archive management preferably within engineering construction.
Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications (GA, Isometric, P&ID, Standard Drawings).
Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, DocuWare, SharePoint, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and relay instructions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple documents, projects, and deadlines effectively.
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
