Job Description

1. Be responsible for the daily management of the HSSE document system: maintain the enterprise HSE file database.

2. Formulate the process of file classification, numbering, storage and retrieval, realize the dual-track management of electronic and paper files, support the demand of quick access and audit, regularly review the integrity of files, and ensure that all HSE documents.

3. Revise file management procedures and organize internal training to avoid compliance risks.

4. Summary data analysis and risk early warning: summarize and sort out relevant data of weekly and monthly reports of HSSE, attend safety meetings, sort out meeting minutes, prepare trend analysis reports based on historical accident files, be responsible for data of HSE management system, identify high-risk links, provide data support for decision makers, put forward improvement suggestions, and prepare PPT materials for safety reports;

5. Back up data regularly to ensure that HSE documents and data are safe and controllable.

Requirements:
Position Capabilities and Requirements (General)

1. Full-time college degree or above, more than 10 years HSE related experience, including at least 5 years’ experience in file management and compliance audit of HSE system documents

, 2. Be familiar with HSE internal audit and management review, and proficient in English.

3. Skills: Familiar with HSE laws and regulations system, document management, database management tools (such as Excel, PPT, SQL) and office automation system.

4. Qualification: holders of NEBOSH IGC certificate and CSP (registered safety engineer) certificate are preferred.
